As a Cost Controller, you are responsible to liaise closely with the Food & Beverage Department on various operational and cost-related issues and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  1. Prepare the costing for recipes and menus prepared by the Executive Chef and suggest the selling price. 
  2. Perform test checking on the receiving of goods at the hotel to ensure that the procedures are followed correctly. 
  3. Prepare daily flash reports of food costs and verify daily outlet void control sheets. 
  4. Attend major banquet events with open bar, prepare P&L statement of major banqueting events, and prepare banquet revenue breakdown summaries. 
  5. Randomly test the inventory of outlets by reconciling the opening stock with the closing stock, taking into account store issues and sales. 
  6. Verify and control complimentary bar order forms, fruit baskets in the rooms, etc.

Great Hospitality and nice overall experience :-

We visited this resort for a short weekend trip to Jaipur in May. It is very well situated on the Gurgaon Jaipur highway. It is built as a royal palace and the rooms also have a royal feel. We had very good experience with all the staff of the hotel specially Abhay. Everyone was very attentive and polite in the conversation. We also got a free room upgrade. The occupancy in the resort was very low due to the off season and because of which the buffet was not operational which is understandable. They had fully functional Ala-carte menu in the restaurant. My 5 year old son had a nice time in the pool and big size bath tub.
